The customer and vendor protocols and the labels are designed as Word layouts - you can create your own design of the documents using the standard Business Central report layout functionality.
Customer Protocol¶
The protocol is printed for the customer at the time when the Return Claim is registered in the system, or sent automatically as the attachment of the customer e-mail notifications (see Document Statuses). It contains the general data describing the link to the partner, the subjects of the Return Claim and the method of solution. The report used for the action is defined by the Customer Protocol Report Id field in the Return Claim Setup.
Vendor Return Claim Protocol¶
The protocol of a vendor Return Claim, printed with the action Vendor Return Claim Protocol on vendor Return Claims or attached to the vendor e-mail notification.
Return Claim Label¶
The action Label on the Return Claim card prints a label of the Return Claim with the barcode of the Return Claim number.
Return Claim Item Label¶
The line action Label prints a label of the Return Claim line with a QR code identifying the Return Claim, the line and the item.
Disagreement Protocol¶
This protocol summarizes all the basic information available from the Disagreement card. It contains a header (with the information about the number of the Disagreement, the vendor, the customer), then the area with the basic characteristics of the subject of the Disagreement (quantity, description of the Disagreement, defined terms, etc.). The last part of the document displays the information about the specific solutions.
In the footer, the specification of the user who created the card + creation date, closed + closing date.
Rejected Product¶
The report of the rejected (nonconforming) product, printed from the Disagreement card.
E-mail Bodies¶
The bodies of the e-mail notifications are also reports with Word layouts (Email Customer New, Email Customer Processed, Email Customer Finished, Email Responsible New, Email Responsible Person Process, Email Solver New, Email Solver Processed, Vendor Email Body for Status New). Which report and layout is used for which recipient and status is defined in Document Statuses; the customer notifications can be defined per language.
