Service quote and order - Creation of Archive¶

If the user needs to create a copy as part of the processing of a service offer or order, then use the Create Archive button in the menu.

This function can be applied multiple times and then multiple versions are created for the archive:

Service Order Archives¶

The archives are available in the service history. Multiple documents can be linked to the same document in the document list. Each document contains a basic structure corresponding to a service order, where mainly the limited functions associated with the document are listed. The record cannot be modified.

Restoration of document in archive¶

There is a function to restore the data to the original document. The Restoration function can be used when there is an original editable service document. This means an unposted and undeleted document.
