Item Transfers¶
The transfers from or to your shop can happen from various purposes. Either the transfer can be a part of your replenishment processes or you are moving goods between your shops according to the actual demand.
Viewing transfer orders¶
In the standard POS rolecenter you will find two piles related to the transfer orders.
The "Transfer (To Ship)" pile is showing the number of transfer orders that are supposed to be shipped from your shop location.
The "Transfer (To Receive)" pile is showing the number of transfer orders that are supposed to be received to you shop location.
Note
If you don´t see the transfer order piles in your role center, check your Shop Card Setup. For those two piles to appear in the POS role center you must have "Show Transfer Order" in the General tab set to YES.
Reserving outbound transfer¶
An action has been created for transfer line reservation and has been added to POS transfer orders.
After using the action the user will be asked to confirm whether the transfer lines should be reserved.
After you confirm the dialogue, you can see that all the items that are on stock will have the Reserved Quantity Outbound column filled.
Outbound transfer labels¶
If you are using the application version 1.4 and above, you have to possibility to print labels for your transfer orders - the essentail goal of this feature is to help you make transfer goods on your shops as easy as possible. Therefore you may print a label when shipping the transfered goods and then use the simplified action for transfer receipts.
The printing of the labels can be iniciated from the transfer order card using the "Label" action.
After running this function a confirmation dialogue will be displayed to the user to confirm printing of the labels of the selected transfer order.
If the movement of the goods was iniciated by a sales order or an e-shop sales order, the numbers of those documents will be printed on the label.
