Managing Subscriptions and Payment Methods

The Subscriptions page provides an overview of all your subscriptions and allows management through the customer portal.

Opening the Subscriptions Page

There are two ways:

  1. On the Navertica Licensing page, click the View Subscriptions action in the top action bar
  2. Search for Subscriptions directly using the search function (Alt+Q)

Subscription Overview

The page displays a list of all subscriptions with the following information:

Field Description
Subscription ID Unique subscription identifier
Product Name Product name
Variant Name Variant name (license type)
Status Subscription status
Quantity Purchased quantity (seats/units)
Customer Name Customer name
Customer Email Customer email
Renews At Next renewal date
Ends At End date (for cancelled subscriptions)
Last Refreshed Date of last data refresh from the payment service

Subscription Statuses

Status Description Color
Active Subscription is active and valid Green
On Trial Trial period Green
Paused Subscription is paused Yellow
Past Due Payment is overdue Yellow
Unpaid Unpaid Red
Cancelled Cancelled Red
Expired Expired Red

Managing Subscriptions via Customer Portal

To manage a subscription (change plan, cancel, pause), click the Customer Portal action. A web page will open where you can:

  • View subscription details
  • Change plan or quantity
  • Pause or cancel the subscription
  • View payment history
  • Download invoices

Updating Payment Method

If you need to change your credit card or other payment method:

  1. Select the subscription in the list
  2. Click the Update Payment Method action
  3. A web page will open where you can enter new payment details

Tip

We recommend updating your payment method before the current card expires to prevent subscription interruption.

Refreshing Subscription Data

Subscription data is updated automatically. For manual refresh:

  1. Click the Refresh Subscriptions action
  2. Wait for the refresh to complete
  3. A confirmation message will appear

Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Select the subscription in the list
  2. Click Customer Portal
  3. On the customer portal, select the cancellation option
  4. Follow the instructions on the portal

Consequences of Cancellation

After cancelling a subscription and the end of its validity period, the licensed features will become unavailable. The subscription runs until the end of the paid period – features will be available until the date shown in the Ends At field.
