How to buy licenses?¶

Direct buy on AppSource¶

Go to AppSource and find the application you want to buy. As an example we will use our Navertica Banking CZ application
If there is Buy now button, you can buy licenses for this application. Click on it.
Login with Admin account and check the Tenant - it must be the one for which you want to buy the licenses!
Select the plan you want to buy (in this example there is only one plan Gold). Click Next.
Select the Billing term and number of licenses you want to buy. Click Next.
Fill the Payment information and provide the Billing profile (credit card to use etc.). Check all the info. Click Accept agreement & place order if everything is ok.
After a while you should see confirmation page that everything is ok. Click on Assign licenses.
You will be forwarded to Licenses admin page, where you can assign the license to users as any other license. Synchronize the users in Business Central if you change the license assignment.
If you want to cancel or edit the license subscription, you can do it from the Your products page
