How to Buy a License¶
You can purchase licenses for Navertica extensions directly from Business Central through the Navertica Licensing page.
Purchase Process¶
1. Open the Navertica Licensing Page¶
Search for Navertica Licensing in Business Central using the search icon (magnifying glass) or the keyboard shortcut Alt+Q.
2. Select a License to Purchase¶
In the Buy License section, you will see a list of available licenses. Each license displays the following information:

| Pack Units | Number of units per subscription quantity (shown only for pack licenses) |

| Subscription Qty | Total quantity from active subscriptions |
3. Click the Buy License Action¶
Select the row with the desired license and click the Buy License action in the top action bar.
4. Enter the Required Quantity (if applicable)¶
For Per User, Per Authorized User, and Per Entity license types, a quantity input dialog will appear:
- License Name – license name (read-only)
- License Type – license type (read-only)
- License Scope – license scope (read-only)
- Current Subscription Qty – current quantity from existing subscriptions
- Quantity – enter the number of licenses you want to purchase (minimum 1)
For Flat Rate and Metered license types, this dialog does not appear as no quantity input is required.
5. Complete the Payment¶
After confirmation, a payment page will open in your browser where you can:
- Review your company details (prefilled from Business Central)
- Enter payment details (credit card or other payment method)
- Review the total amount
- Confirm the order
6. Receive Your License Key¶
After successful payment, you will receive a license key by email. Use this key to activate the license in Business Central.
Notes¶
- Company details (name, email, country, ZIP code, VAT number) are automatically prefilled from the Company Information setup in Business Central
- If a license does not have a configured product, an informational message will be displayed
- For Per Entity licenses with Pack Units (e.g., 100), purchasing 2 quantities means a total of 200 licensed units
