Functions

We will demonstrate how to use the application through several functions.

Receive Items

Receive Items by using Warehouse Receipts. The user selects the Receipt function

where they select the specific document they will process. they select the item line they want to receive, and after confirmation, a window for entering the Handling Unit appears first. The user either selects the handling unit (it can be scanned with a reader), into which the items will be recorded, or they create a new handling unit.

A label can be printed for the handling unit. After selecting/creating the HU, the process continues with entering tracking information, quantities, etc.

The entered HU can then be displayed in the loaded information, where a new HU field is now available. After completing the receipt, a new (or updated) handling unit is created using the information entered in the scanner.

Identification

The registered HU can then be loaded into the Identification function, which displays basic information about the items and now also about the HU.

Movement

The registered HU can then be moved as a whole (including its contents) without the need to scan individual items.

Bin Content

The Bin Contents function now displays both an overview of handling units and a list of items stored in the bin (if at least one HU is stored in the bin, the list of HUs is shown primarily). The user can switch between the displayed data as needed.

Above the overview of handling units, it is possible to view their contents.

Delivery of items tracked by handling unit

When issuing items tracked by handling unit, for example in the Sales function, the user selects the document they want to process.

Above the item in the document, the user selects the Ship action and a list of HUs where the items are located is displayed. The list shows the HU number, the quantity of items on the HU, and the bin identification. After selecting the HU from which the items will be taken, the user must specify into which HU the items will be placed (either selecting an existing one or creating a new one).

and enter the quantity to be taken from the HU for delivery.

Subsequently, under the Processed action, it is possible to view from which HU the items are taken and into which HU they are placed.

Upon completion, the items are transferred between HUs and then delivered.

The usage in other functions is similar.
