User Interface¶
The application provides a dedicated Phase Management page where users can configure workflow phases. This page allows the following operations:
- Create, edit, and delete phases
- Define phase order to control progression logic
- Assign actions to phases (send e-mail notification, etc.)

Once phases are configured, they are referenced across documents via dedicated fields. These fields dynamically display the current phase of the document and the date and time of the last phase change.
The system maintains two logs for traceability:
- Phase Log – Records all changes of phases on documents.
- Action Log – Captures user actions performed on phase change and their status (completed/fail).
There is no dedicated role center for Document Phase Management. Instead, the Sales Order Processor role has been extended with new tiles and menu options for easier navigation.
New tiles are used to inform users about failed phase changes.
